If you need help when we are closed

Doors are closed and telephone lines are off every day between 12:30 14:30 (except Thursday afternoons – surgery closes 12:30 – 13:30 re-opens 13:30 – 16:30)

We have contracted with South Doc to provide full GP cover the practice on Wednesday & Thursday afternoons (1:00pm – 6:30pm) and any other time the practice needs to close during normal working hours. You can contact South Doc at these times on (0121) 415 2090.

Along with our usual opening hours, we offer our patients extended access appointments at evenings and weekends. These are available at our local SDSMyHealthcare Hubs.

To book an extended access appointment, please speak to one of our receptionists.

You can also sign up for Patient online services which will enable you to book your own appointments at both the Health Centre and the MyHealthcare Hubs.

The Practice also provides Extended Hours Access.
